Bullet Duck and Dumplings Restaurant takes it’s inspiration from the kitchens of Hong Kong and Canton. Our cooking team hail from these areas and have many years experience and expertise in the cuisines from these regions. The Bullet team liaise with some of the finest producers in Ireland to utilise the best of Irish produce in our cooking.
Our restaurant name was inspired by the speciality oven imported in from China in order to roast our meats to perfection. Using our bullet oven, we serve a selection of Duck, Chicken, Pork & Hand-Made Dumplings to the great people of Dublin.

The milky tea is yummy as well, even on a cold rainy day. The rice was nicely seasoned and the duck even came with some crispy cabbage well seasoned.
Denis O'Donoghue2024-02-09Great find just off Capel St. Tiny place. Had duck, pork belly, prawn dumplings and pork dumplings. Duck & Pork Belly come with rice and a little bit of kimchi. Really delicious and perfect on a grey cold afternoon in Dublin. Highly recommend.
Matt Barber2024-02-06The duck is incredible! Also the char siu pork is proper decent. Delicate yet punchy flavours for rice, and the broth in the noodle soup is spectacular. Cannot fault any dish I tried here. If you try one thing - it has to be the bone-in duck. Dumplings are full to the brim.

The chicken dumplings were not fully cooked only realised after eating a few they were completely raw in the middle. When going to pay waitress notices most left on plate, she went to chef and admitted they were raw. Will not be going back.
