Bullet Duck and Dumplings Restaurant takes it’s inspiration from the kitchens of Hong Kong and Canton. Our cooking team hail from these areas and have many years experience and expertise in the cuisines from these regions.
The Bullet team liaise with some of the finest producers in Ireland to utilise the best of Irish produce in our cooking.
Chinese Bullet Oven
Our restaurant name was inspired by the speciality oven imported in from China in order to roast our meats to perfection. Using our bullet oven, we serve a selection of Duck, Chicken, Pork & Hand-Made Dumplings to the great people of Dublin.
